This 6 gal Electric Tilting Kettle (KTT-6E) is a kettle from Blodgett that sits on a countertop and includes a gear tilting mechanism. The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel including the interior cooking surface for increased rust and corrosion resistance. The bottom of the kettle is shaped into a hemispherical design to better conduct heat and better cook foods.
