This non-insulated 18" x 26" 25-Pan Universal Runner Electric Proofer (NHPL-1825-UN) is made by Win Holt. Featuring heavy duty aluminum construction, this proofer is designed for commercial use and durability. Even heat distribution is provided by an air baffle and circulating air blower. It has removable chrome pans slides to fit a variety of pans. A gasket keeps the door securely closed, it also has a magnetic door latch and easy pull handle. The door can be lifted off for easy cleaning. This proofer can fit a variety of pan sizes from sheet pans to steam table pans. All controls can be easily accessed without opening cabinet door. This proofer comes standard with strong 5" polyurethane wheels mounted to plate casters with locks on the two front wheels, and corner bumpers to provide protection. .
