The 20 gal Tilting Direct Steam Kettle (KDLT-20) is a remarkably reliable and robust direct steam kettle expertly manufactured by Southbend. The entire kettle is constructed from stainless steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the liner of this 20 gallon kettle is made with 316 stainless steel for cooking foods with higher acid contents. The kettle features a double-wall interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower two-thirds of the kettle. It's hemispheric design helps ensure proper steam circulation and even heating. Additionally, the kettle is equipped with a self-locking tilting mechanism which easily enables the kettle to be tilted and emptied for easy cleaning. Features : 20 gallon capacity, Steam tap and control valve, Stainless steel construction and liner, Removable handle with heat resistant knob.
